All contests conducted by KDAT Radio are open to all persons 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated.

Contests involving nightclubs and bars or beer companies are restricted to those persons 21 years of age or older.

Participation in a contest sponsored by KDAT Radio implies consent to use the participant's name, voice an/or likeness for promotional purposes related to the contest.

Employees of KDAT Radio, Cumulus Media, participating sponsors, their immediate families and household members are NOT ELIGIBLE to play or win prizes.

Winners in all call-in contesting, their immediate families and household members are INELIGIBLE to participate in additional call-in contest activities per station for a period of 30 days following their win on the radio station.

Contest winners will be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release when claiming their prize.

All prizes should be picked up at the KDAT studios within 10 business days. Prizes left after this period will not be guaranteed available.

Prizes may be mailed to winners upon request when possible...but winners assume liability for undelivered or damaged prizes. Replacement prizes are generally not available.

Additional rules specific to individual contests may be added and will be broadcast during the contest period.

A copy of these and any contest-specific rules are always available at the KDAT studios during regular business hours.
